Seun Fakorede, nominee for commissioner in Oyo State

Oyo State seems to be living up to its slogan of being the pace setter in Nigeria and the standard for other states to follow.

After the emergence of 31-year-old Adebo Ogundoyin as the state’s house of assembly speaker, Governor Seyi Makinde has up the bar with the nomination of 27-year-old Seun Fakorede as a commissioner. 

27-year-old Engineering graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife hails from Idere area of Ibarapa Central local government.

Fakorede currently runs Home Advantage Africa (HAA), a non-profit outfit devoted to promoting local dominance and global stardom in Africa through digital storytelling and other projects of similar ilk.

He is also an entrepreneur, consultant and author .
