Chelsea Manager, Frank Lampard has finally earned his first home win as manager with a 2-0 victory against Brighton on Saturday.
Mason Mount fouled at the goal box gave Chelsea 50th-minute lead advantage via a penalty scored by Jorginho.
Later on, Willian increased the lead with a deflected shot in the 76th of the game.
Under Frank Lampard’s reign Chelsea had seen draw twice and lost the other of his first three home league games in charge at Stamford Bridge.
The Blue’s Manager proud of the clean sheet believe they could have done more damage.
“We haven’t had a 90-minute game where we’ve controlled it enough. The only disappointment is we didn’t have more goals. A clean sheet as well. It is good for the confidence of everyone.”
