Dino Melaye remembers Late Abubakar Audu

Senator Dino Melaye paid tribute to former Kogi state governor, Prince Abubakar Audu, four years after his demise.

The controversial senator on Friday via his Twitter handle @dino_melaye
described the Late Audu as a kind, compassionate man, great politician and philanthropist.

He wrote: Four years you left us the Prince of the Niger. You were a kind and compassionate man. Great politician and philanthropist. I miss you my leader and Daddy. Rest in peace Edeeeeeee.

Recall that Late Audu candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2015 Kogi governorship election died on the cusp of victory.

He died on November 22, 2015 during the Kogi governorship election in which he was leading with over 41, 000 votes.
