Fatoyinbo still in police custody for failing to meet bail conditions

Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Abuja is still in police custody for failing to meet his bail conditions.

Fatoyinbi is being interrogated by the police at the Force Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (FCIID) in Abuja for the rape case leveled against him by celebrity photographer, Busola Dakolo.

The Nations reports that Fatoyinbo was interrogated by a four man investigative team headed by ACP Adaku Uche Anya while other members are the PA to the DIG, CSP Stanley and two other officers.

Police spokesman, Frank Mba said Fatoyinbo is still with the police and will not be released until he meets his bail condition.

“I can tell you that he is still with us. We are expecting additional witnesses for interview. Until he meets the conditions of bail, he will not leave.”

He said “He is still with us. Well, I can’t say whether he is going to sleep with us or not but he is still with us and he is still undergoing interrogation.

“We are also talking to other persons. At the end of the day, we will take a decision on whether he will be granted bail or whether he will be detained.

“As I speak with you at 8:12pm, the pastor is sitting behind the counter.

“We are expecting a witness from Port Harcourt and we need to take the statement of the witness while he is still there but the truth is that they have served him the conditions of bail but until he meets the last condition, he will not leave our custody.
