Video: Air Peace CEO in tears as he welcomes Nigerians from South Africa

While welcoming Nigerians from South Africa, Chief Allen Onyema, CEO of Air Peace Airlines was in tears as he welcomed Nigerians evacuated from South-Africa as Xenophobic attack rages.

Air Peace CEO, offered Nigerians willing to return from South Africa free air flight.

Presently, about 231 males and 86 females have been evacuated from South Africa.

Chief Operating Officer of Air Peace, Mrs Toyin Olajide, said the evacuation would cost the airline about N300m.

Olajide said the cost would include payment of passenger service charge, aeronautical and other charges.

The returnees have been given temporary camps and each of them were given N40,000 by the federal government to recharge their phones to enable them communicate with their family members.
